This applies to in stock designs only, not custom orders.

Once an order is placed and shipped, changes may not be made.  Changes may only be made if the order has not been processed and shipped.  All orders are processed within 1-2 days of receipt of the order.

Damages:  If for any reason an item arrives broken - please contact us.  We reserve the right to see the damaged merchandise if we choose to do so.  Otherwise, arrangements may be made to send out a replacement piece.

Returns:  If you need to return an item for whatever reason, the item must be shipped back to us at your cost in the original unused condition.  Please contact us prior to a return so we may discuss the reason for the return and for instructions on how to address the return.  Please make sure to pack the item well as to avoid breakage during transit. 

Custom Orders:

Due to the manufacturing process, we run overages in case some cups are imperfect.  We reserve the right to ship and bill up to 5% of the order for the overages.  You will be notified of overages before they are charged and billed.  Also due to the molding process, there can be more than 5% in shortages due to damages.  We do not ship cups that have any imperfections.  If a shortage is shipped, you will be credited the difference.

Online Specials:

Specials apply to in stock cups only.  The volume discount is null if the special price offered is below the 100 piece volume discount price.  If you are ordering 50 or more cups, you will receive the special advertised price on those specific items only.  The normal volume discount will apply to any "non specials" that may be in your order.  If you are ordering volumes of 50 pieces or more on the "specials" pieces, there is no volume discount applied as the special price would be below the normal volume discount pricing.

Stock Cups Policy:

In stock cups are for personal use only.  You may not re-sell our in stock cups on any internet website.  Failure to comply with this will result in legal action from Capitol Cups, the manufacturer of The Easy Traveler.

Overseas Shipping:

Please be aware that any overseas shipments may incur additional charges than what is calculated on this site.  This site does not calculate any duties or brokerage fees that are required for some countries.  By using this site, the purchaser agrees to be responsible for the payment of ALL shipping fees, including those which may or may not be calculated at the time of order confirmation.  If shipping costs are higher, we will notify you via email prior to shipping the order.  Should you choose to cancel the order due to high shipping costs, your order will be refunded back to the credit card in which the order was placed.
