Once an order is placed and shipped, changes may not be made.  Changes may only be made if the order has not been processed and shipped.  All orders are processed within 1-2 days of receipt of the order.

Damages:  If for any reason an item arrives broken - please contact us.  We reserve the right to see the damaged merchandise if we choose to do so.  Otherwise, arrangements may be made to send out a replacement piece.

Returns:  If you need to return an item for whatever reason, the item must be shipped back to us at your cost in the original unused condition.  Please make sure to pack the item well as to avoid breakage during transit.
